Why her name is on the door.

Suman is my mother.
Her rules were simple. People work hard for their money. Be honest with them. Don't ask them to pay more than they need to. And never forget that small things, like a new colour or a pair you love putting on, can make an ordinary day better.
For thirty years, our work was footwear materials: the fabrics, coated materials and soles that shoes are built from. We learned what a good pair is really made of, and what it really costs to make one well.
So when we started making our own shoes, I wanted them to carry her name and her rules. Made with care. Priced with respect.
If you wear a pair of ours and feel good about it — how it looks, how it feels, and what you paid — then we've done what she would want.
House of Sneaker
Three rules from home.
Be honest.
Every product page lists what the shoe is made of. Ask us anything and you'll get a straight answer.
Respect what people earn.
One clear everyday price, set from what the pair costs to make. No inflated "was" prices. No countdown timers.
Make room for small joys.
Shoes should be fun. That's why we make colours you'll want to try and shapes you'll keep coming back to.

We know what a good pair costs. Because we make it.
We make the materials and the shoe ourselves. So we price each pair from what it really takes to make it well: good materials, honest work and a fair margin. That's the whole formula.

The House is a place. And the people in it.
HOS is made by a team in Bahadurgarh, Haryana: people who spent years working with footwear materials and now make whole pairs, start to finish. When you buy HOS, you're buying from the people who made it.
