This online store is operated by House of Suman Private Limited under the consumer brand House of Sneaker (HOS). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to House of Suman Private Limited. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with another customer’s use of the store.

Products, prices and availability

Product details, available sizes and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless the store expressly shows another currency. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout before you place an order. Product colours can appear differently on different screens; this does not limit your rights if goods are defective or do not match their description.

Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you using the details you provided. We will not charge you a revised price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange a refund.

Orders and payments

Check your selected product, size, delivery address and order total before paying. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not confirm dispatch. Keep your order confirmation for reference and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

For questions about shipping, returns or refunds, or an order change or cancellation request, email design@houseofsuman.com with your order number as soon as possible. Contacting us does not by itself confirm that a dispatched order can be cancelled.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store. Do not send payment passwords, OTPs or full card details through our contact form or email.

Website content

Our brand names, logos, photographs and other website content may not be copied or used commercially without the relevant owner’s permission. Website information may be corrected or updated when necessary. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from an existing order.
