Delivery charges and coverage

Delivery within India is free: ₹0 delivery charge. Delivery is available to PIN codes served by our courier partners.

Dispatch from Bahadurgarh

In-stock orders placed before 1 pm IST qualify for same-day dispatch from Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed on the next dispatch day.

Dispatch and transit depend on courier pickup and service availability at the origin and destination. If a pickup is affected by a closure or disruption, we will provide an updated dispatch estimate.

Estimated time after dispatch

Delivery generally takes 2–7 days depending on the destination. North India deliveries are usually expected within 1–2 days, while longer-distance destinations generally take 3–7 days. These estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Courier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather or a remote delivery location may affect pickup or transit. If an order is delayed, contact customer care with your order number so we can check its progress.

Delivery details and order changes

You can request cancellation until shipping is confirmed. Contact customer care immediately with your order number. After dispatch, contact us if you do not wish to keep the order; you may refuse delivery so the parcel can return to us.
